Mailchimp

Mailchimp is an email marketing and automation platform for managing audiences, campaigns, templates, and e-commerce integrations.

Tools

The connector exposes 39 tools. Every one is a read operation and all are scored low risk, so nothing here can send a campaign, edit an audience, or change a store.

AreaTools
AccountGet Account Info
Audiences and membersList Audiences, Get Audience, List Members, Get Member, List Segments, Get Segment, List Merge Fields, Get Merge Field
CampaignsList Campaigns, Get Campaign, List Campaign Folders, Get Campaign Folder
Campaign reportingList Campaign Reports, Get Campaign Report, Get Campaign Open Details, Get Campaign Click Details, Get Campaign Unsubscribes, Get Campaign Bounce Details
AutomationsList Automations, Get Automation, List Automation Emails, Get Automation Email, List Automation Queue, Get Subscriber Activity in Automation
Templates and filesList Templates, Get Template, List Files, Get File
Landing pagesList Landing Pages, Get Landing Page
E-commerceList Stores, Get Store, List Products, Get Product, List Orders, Get Order
ConversationsList Conversations, Get Conversation

Although every tool is read-only, member and order data is personal and commercial. The low risk band reflects that these tools cannot change anything, not that the data they return is unrestricted.

Add the connector

  1. Open Build > MCP Servers.
  2. Select Add MCP Server.
  3. Find Mailchimp in the catalog, then select Use.
  4. Review the tools. All 39 are enabled by default because none exceeds the low risk band.
  5. Select Create.

Willow opens the new server's edit page with the status draft.

Authentication

Open the Setup tab on the new server to configure authentication. The tab shows the modes this connector supports and the fields each one needs, so use it as the source of truth rather than guessing which credentials to gather in advance.

For what each mode does and what it forwards to the upstream server, see Configure MCP Server Authentication. Consult Mailchimp's own API documentation for how to issue the credentials it asks for.
