The Billing & Plans page shows your current plan and pricing details. Open it from Admin > Billing.

Premium and Enterprise are arranged directly with Willow rather than purchased in-app, so upgrading starts with a conversation.

Plans​

Billing & Plans shows three plan cards. Your current plan is marked Current Plan.

Free​

$0 / month. The default plan for new cloud organizations.

  • Proxy MCP support only
  • Standard support

Premium​

Ideal for growing teams with advanced needs. Contact Willow for pricing.

Everything in Free, plus:

  • Unlimited team members
  • Unlimited integrations
  • Support for MCP from API
  • Built-in MCPs
  • Premium support
  • Isolated run server

Enterprise​

Custom solutions for large organizations. Contact Willow for pricing.

Everything in Premium, plus:

  • Flexible on-premises or cloud deployment options
  • Priority support with dedicated account management
  • SCIM support
  • Custom dedicated features

Upgrading​

To upgrade or discuss pricing, select Contact Us on the Premium or Enterprise card, or email support@withwillow.ai. The team will help you choose the right plan.

Notes​

  • On-premise deployments show Enterprise status and included features.
  • Cloud deployments show Free, Premium, and Enterprise options.
