Enable Token Usage Analytics

Token Usage Analytics is controlled from Admin > Settings. When enabled, Willow adds the Tokens page under Monitor so admins can analyze token usage across MCP servers, toolkits, skills, and tool responses.

Prerequisites

You need:

  • admin access to Willow
  • an organization with MCP servers, toolkits, skills, or tool calls to analyze
  • enough recent activity for usage tables and recommendations to populate

If the organization has no tool calls or no token-tracked sessions yet, the analytics pages can show empty states until new activity is recorded.

Enable the feature

  1. Open Admin > Settings.
  2. Find Token Usage Analytics.
  3. Turn the toggle on.
  4. Open Monitor > Tokens.

The setting takes effect for the organization. After it is enabled, use the Tokens page to review recommendations and drill into specific token sources.

What appears after enablement
