General Settings
General Settings holds your organization's identity in Willow: the name people see, and the slug that identifies your organization.
The section header shows your current organization name, for example (Acme).
What you can do
- Edit the organization name shown across Willow
- Edit the organization slug
Fields
Expand General Settings to find the Organization Details card. It has two fields.
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Name | Your organization's display name. This is the name shown in the Settings header and across Willow. |
| Slug | The short identifier for your organization. It uses no spaces, for example acme. |
Your slug also appears as the subdomain of your Willow branded gateway domain. An organization with the slug acme has the gateway domain acme.mcp-s.com, with a connect URL of https://acme.mcp-s.com and a run URL of https://acme.mcp-s.com/mcp. You can confirm your own domain under Gateway Settings.
Your users and their configured AI clients connect through that domain. Check with your Willow contact before changing an established slug, so you do not break connections that are already in use.
Edit your organization details
- Open Settings in the admin sidebar.
- Expand General Settings.
- Edit Name, Slug, or both.
- Select Save Changes.
Save Changes stays unavailable until you edit a field, and your changes do not take effect until you save.
