People and systems
Users are the people who connect their AI clients to Willow. Machine users are non-human identities for automation and CI. Groups bundle users together so you can grant access to servers, toolkits, and skills in one place instead of per person.
Clients and single sign-on
AI Tools are the client applications your users connect from. SSO & Authentication connects Willow to your identity provider, provisions accounts through SCIM, and sets the policy that governs how end users are allowed to add their own MCP servers.
