Activity
Every assistant's page has an Activity panel beside it: what the assistant does, as it happens. It lists every sign-in, session and tool call, newest first, with the IP address and the client or browser. Willow keeps the last 100.
A Live dot shows while the assistant is live, and a count shows how many requests are waiting for you.
What each line means
| Line | What happened |
|---|---|
| Opened the sign-in | Instinct opened its page. |
| Connected with the password | Instinct signed in. |
| Connected, allowed with your Willow sign-in | Muse, Grok Bot or Dots connected. |
| Wrong password / Password tried while locked | A sign-in failed. After a few wrong tries, each new one waits longer. |
| A session is waiting for you / "needs a session, waiting for you" | The assistant asked for a session. |
| You approved a session / You denied a session | You answered it. |
| Ran a tool | A tool call ran. |
| A tool "is waiting for you" | A tool call is waiting for your approval. |
| You approved / You denied a tool | You answered it. |
| A tool "was blocked" | A rule or a guard stopped the call. |
| A tool "failed" | The call ran but returned an error. |
Answer requests from the log
A request that waits for you shows up right in the line that asked: for a tool call, with the input the assistant wants to send. Click Approve to run it, or Deny. Requests also wait under Approvals. See Approve requests.
Nothing shows up
Until the assistant has access, the panel says "Nothing yet". Connect the assistant from the access card at the top of the page.
