Create Your Account

Sprout is free to start. Your agents, connections and conversations stay in your own private Sprout space.

Sign up​

Go to sprout.withwillow.ai and click Sign up for free. Choose one:

  • Sign up with Google
  • Sign up with GitHub
  • Sign up with email instead: enter your Name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters, then click Create account.

Every account needs a verified email address. Google and GitHub accounts are checked automatically.

Confirm your email​

If you signed up with email, Sprout sends a message titled "Confirm your email for Sprout". Click Verify email address in it, then sign in with the password you chose. The link works for 24 hours.

Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then click Resend confirmation email on the Check your email page.

Sign in​

On the Welcome to Sprout page, click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub, or Sign in with email instead.

If Sprout says "That sign-in didn't work", the account's email isn't verified. Use an account with a verified email.

After many wrong passwords in a short time, Sprout asks you to wait a few minutes before trying again.

Forgot your password​

  1. On the email sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the "Reset your Sprout password" email and click Reset password. The link works once, for one hour.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Set password.

This also works for accounts made with Google or GitHub, if you'd like to sign in with an email and password too.

Sign out​

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Log out, or go to Settings > Account. Your agents keep running after you sign out.
