Plans and Billing

Go to Settings > Plan & billing, or click the plan pill in the header, to see your plan and what you've used.

Every limit is for the life of your account. Nothing resets at the start of a month.

To move to Pro or raise a limit, click Contact us to upgrade. Tell us what you're building and we'll raise your agents, credits or team size. When we do, your plan shows Custom limits.

Usage​

Under What you've used so far:

  • Live agents: agents that can run at once. Paused agents don't count, so pausing one makes room for another. You can keep as many paused agents as you like.
  • Credits: credits pay for the AI model whenever someone chats with your agents. Usage can take a few minutes to show. Agents you delete still count toward what you've used.

A bar turns amber at 80% and shows Used up when it's full.

When you reach a limit​

  • All live spots in use: you can't go live with, or create, another agent. Pause one first, or contact us for more.
  • Credits used up: your agents stop answering until we add more. Contact us.
  • Messages per day: each agent has its own daily limit, set under its Settings > General. When it's reached, that agent pauses until the next day. See Agent settings.

When you hit a plan limit, Sprout opens a dialog with your plan's limits and a Contact us button.
