Google Workspace

Google WorkspaceGoogle Workspace

One app for Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Tasks. Your assistant finds and reads your files, creates docs, comments and tasks, and edits with your OK.

Connect Google Workspace

  • In the setup: pick Google Workspace under What do you want to connect?, then click Connect on it in the next step.
  • Later: on your assistant's page, under Connectors, click Add and pick Google Workspace. Then click Connect on its card.

Sign in with your Google account on its own sign-in page. Every call runs as you, and Willow keeps the sign-in: your assistant never sees it.

What it starts with

Google Workspace starts with these tools on, set up the safe way. Every other tool starts off.

In the setup, these read Always allow, Require session and Always ask. To change one, or turn on more, open your assistant's page and click the arrow on Google Workspace's card. See Apps and tools.

Try asking

  • "Find the last doc I edited"

Good to know

  • If you only need spreadsheets, Google Sheets is a smaller app with fewer tools.
  • The Email addresses guard skips this app from the start: its tools need real addresses to work. If you limit that guard to only some servers, leave this one out. See Guards.
