HubSpot
Your assistant looks up contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes and meetings, and adds notes and tasks. Changing a deal or adding a contact waits for your OK.
Connect HubSpot
- In the setup: pick HubSpot under What do you want to connect?, then click Connect on it in the next step.
- Later: on your assistant's page, under Connectors, click Add and pick HubSpot. Then click Connect on its card.
Sign in with your HubSpot account on its own sign-in page. Every call runs as you, and Willow keeps the sign-in: your assistant never sees it.
What it starts with
HubSpot starts with these tools on, set up the safe way. Every other tool starts off.
| Tool | Name in MCP | Starts as |
|---|---|---|
| Search contacts | search_contacts | Use freely |
| Get contact | get_contact | Use freely |
| Search companies | search_companies | Use freely |
| Search deals | search_deals | Use freely |
| Get deal | get_deal | Use freely |
| List tickets | list_tickets | Use freely |

| Create note | create_note | Require Session |
| Create task | create_task | Require Session |
| Update deal | update_deal | Ask Each Time |
| Create contact | create_contact | Ask Each Time |
In the setup, these read Always allow, Require session and Always ask. To change one, or turn on more, open your assistant's page and click the arrow on HubSpot's card. See Apps and tools.
Try asking
- "Which HubSpot deals are closing this month?"
Good to know
- The assistant sees every record your HubSpot user can.
- Contact records hold email addresses and phone numbers. If you turn on the Email addresses or Phone numbers guard, the assistant sees them masked. See Guards.
