Outlook

OutlookOutlook

Your assistant reads, searches and drafts your email in Outlook. Replying and sending wait for your OK.

Connect Outlook

  • In the setup: pick Outlook under What do you want to connect?, then click Connect on it in the next step.
  • Later: on your assistant's page, under Connectors, click Add and pick Outlook. Then click Connect on its card.

Sign in with your Microsoft account on its own sign-in page. Every call runs as you, and Willow keeps the sign-in: your assistant never sees it.

What it starts with

Outlook starts with these tools on, set up the safe way. Every other tool starts off.

ToolName in MCPStarts as

Get messageget-messageUse freely
Search messagessearch-messagesUse freely
Get attachmentget-attachmentUse freely
Create draftcreate-draftRequire Session
Reply to messagereply-to-messageAsk Each Time

In the setup, these read Always allow, Require session and Always ask. To change one, or turn on more, open your assistant's page and click the arrow on Outlook's card. See Apps and tools.

Try asking

  • "Read my last Outlook email"

Good to know

  • Add a rule that blocks Send mail when to doesn't end with @yourcompany.com, so it never writes outside your company. Check the argument's name in the rule's list.
  • The Email addresses guard skips this app from the start: its tools need real addresses to work. If you limit that guard to only some servers, leave this one out. See Guards.
