Zoom
Your assistant checks your upcoming meetings, reads past ones, with their summaries and recordings, and schedules new meetings.
Connect Zoom
- In the setup: pick Zoom under What do you want to connect?, then click Connect on it in the next step.
- Later: on your assistant's page, under Connectors, click Add and pick Zoom. Then click Connect on its card.
Sign in with your Zoom account on its own sign-in page. Every call runs as you, and Willow keeps the sign-in: your assistant never sees it.

Zoom starts with these tools on, set up the safe way. Every other tool starts off.

In the setup, these read Always allow, Require session and Always ask. To change one, or turn on more, open your assistant's page and click the arrow on Zoom's card. See Apps and tools.

Good to know
- Meeting summaries only exist for meetings where Zoom's AI Companion was on.
