Outlook Calendar
Your assistant checks your Outlook calendars, finds meeting times, books events and answers invitations. Changing an existing event waits for your OK.
Connect Outlook Calendar
- In the setup: pick Outlook Calendar under What do you want to connect?, then click Connect on it in the next step.
- Later: on your assistant's page, under Connectors, click Add and pick Outlook Calendar. Then click Connect on its card.
Sign in with your Microsoft account on its own sign-in page. Every call runs as you, and Willow keeps the sign-in: your assistant never sees it.
What it starts with
Outlook Calendar starts with these tools on, set up the safe way. Every other tool starts off.
| Tool | Name in MCP | Starts as |
|---|---|---|
| List calendars | list-calendars | Use freely |
| List events | list-events | Use freely |
| List calendar view | list-calendar-view | Use freely |
| Get event | get-event | Use freely |
| Find meeting times | find-meeting-times | Use freely |
| Get schedule | get-schedule | Use freely |
| Create event | create-event | Require Session |
| RSVP to event | rsvp-to-event | Require Session |
| Update event | update-event | Ask Each Time |
In the setup, these read Always allow, Require session and Always ask. To change one, or turn on more, open your assistant's page and click the arrow on Outlook Calendar's card. See Apps and tools.
Try asking
- "What meetings do I have today?"
Good to know
- RSVP to event answers an invitation as you, and the organizer sees your answer.
- The Email addresses guard skips this app from the start: its tools need real addresses to work. If you limit that guard to only some servers, leave this one out. See Guards.
