Reporting a bug

If you've found something wrong in Willow's behavior (not just a connection issue):

  1. Note exactly what you did and what happened
  2. Include the URL you were on
  3. Include any error messages you saw
  4. Contact support with these details

Your admin may be the right first contact

For questions about which tools are available, why you don't have access to something, or how your organization has Willow configured: ask your Willow admin first. They control access and configuration, and may be able to resolve your issue directly.
