List Discovered Plugins

GET 
/api/discovery/plugins

Returns agent plugins (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) discovered across your organization's devices by the Willow Scan Agent.

Results are grouped by identity hash and include the marketplace the plugin came from, counts of the skills, commands, agents, hooks and MCP servers it bundles, whether it matches an org-managed plugin, and any guard-check and AI-risk assessments.

The token is valid but its scopes do not permit this operation. Every endpoint enforces the scopes described in API Tokens, so any of them can return this.
