Get Device
GET/api/discovery/devices/:deviceId
Returns everything the Willow Scan Agent found on one device: the device itself and its safety score, every MCP server, skill, plugin, command, memory file and CLI on it, the AI agents installed, and the 50 most recent capability changes.
Each capability carries the enforcement state the policy resolved to on this device and the org-wide guard-check and AI-risk assessments for its identity hash. Capability configs are not included; look a capability up by identityHash in the matching list endpoint to get its config.

Authentication required or invalid token
The token is valid but its scopes do not permit this operation. Every endpoint enforces the scopes described in API Tokens, so any of them can return this.
